2019 Ram 1500 Capability
The 2019 Ram 1500 has best-in-class V8 engine towing, giving you plenty of power for even the toughest of jobs. Class-Exclusive Active-Level™ Four Corner Air Suspension with automatic load leveling assists to give you confidence behind the wheel while you are hauling a load. The Ram 1500 has a maximum payload of 2,300 pounds and offers towing up to 12,750 pounds with the V8 engine.
The 2019 Ram 1500 is available with the revolutionary eTorque mild hybrid system that helps to improve towing capabilities, performance on the road and drivability. Three engine options are available on the 2019 Ram. The base engine is a 3.6-liter Pentastar® V6 engine with eTorque that reaches 305 horsepower and 269 pound-feet of torque. The second engine option is a 5.7-liter HEMI® V8 that produces 395 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque, and the third engine option is a 5.7-liter HEMI® V8 engine with eTorque that perfectly blends performance and fuel efficiency and includes best-in-class towing capabilities.
