Came in with a warranty issue. Service advisor Charlotte made the whole experience from checking in, getting me a loaner car, keeping me advised, final pickup and checking after pickup, a real pleasure. And I thank Her for that. Because of Her I would highly recommend Palmen Service.

Had a great car buying experience with Larry at Palmen. We came in originally wanting one vehicle but left with another that was better suited for us. He didn’t pressure us into any particular vehicle even though the one we left with was less expensive than what we originally wanted. Thank you!!
I thought the service rep was very nice and informative. She explained the warranty to me well and such in regards to my name change. I would’ve felt more comfortable had she been more certain that the way my car was registered vs name on the warranty was still sufficient instead of. ‘I believe” it should be fine.
Service was quick. Mechanic did a good job both doing the repairs and cleaning up where the leak was; had no new drips on the driveway. Courtesy driver was very helpful with our handicap appliances. A nice touch is the free coffee/cookies!
Charlotte was headed towards me looking to assist before I even my truck. coffee and cookies in the waiting room topped off the visit perfectly.
