2019 Ram Heavy Duty models equipped with the standard 6.4L HEMI V8 engine are paired with a TorqueFlite 8HP75 eight-speed automatic transmission.

2019 Ram Heavy Duty models equipped with the Cummings 6.7L I-6 High Output Turbo Diesel engine are paired with an Aisin AS69RC electronically-controlled six-speed automatic transmission.

2019 Ram Heavy Duty models equipped with the Cummings 6.7L I-6 Turbo Diesel engine are paired with an upgraded 68RFE six-speed automatic transmission.
