Dodge recently released a new 60-second commercial spot titled “Family Motto” which takes a page from the film Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. The J.D. Power Initial Quality Study is an annual study that examines the problems of new model year vehicle owners during their first 90 days of ownership. The initial quality score is determined by the number of problems experienced by every 100 vehicles. Therefore, a lower score reflects a higher quality of vehicle, in theory. This year, the combined brands of FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles), with Dodge and Ram as particular standouts, ranked better than the industry average for the first time in the history of the study.
